Youth and Family Minister

in 2011! 

Great news - we have updated our field trip permission forms and parents, you now have the option of filling out one "universal" approval form to authorize your child's participation in all our events (except special overnight trips) for the full school year.  We also have a form authorizing participation in any single/indidual event.  Simply download and print whichever form applies to you, fill it out and bring/mail/or fax the form into church.
